Your Questions, Answered

  • SPM is not looking to take thousands of pounds from you.
The aim is for coaching to support your life, not create additional financial strain.

The Performance Package is GBP 90 per week.

This is calculated on a clear hourly basis, covering pre-session preparation, the live session itself, and post-session review and direction.

What you are paying for is not just time in a call, but:

    • Structured thinking

    • Accountability between sessions

    • Consistent focus on outcomes and behaviour change

This keeps coaching accessible, sustainable, and results-driven — without unnecessary pressure.

You’re also paying for your commitment to the process.

In my experience, when there’s no real investment, it’s easy for complacency to creep in.

Sessions get taken less seriously, actions slip, and progress slows.

A weekly commitment creates structure and accountability on both sides.

  • The 12-Week SPM Programme is priced at £2,000.

This is not a pay-per-hour course or a library of videos.
It is a guided 12-week LIVE implementation programme. Completely tailored and personal to you as an individual.

    The price reflects:

    • A complete, structured performance system

    • Weekly direction via emails and challenges

    • Ongoing guidance across the full 12 weeks

    • Frameworks and exercises designed to be applied so you’re built up each week.

1:1 coaching is available separately for those who want goal accountability alongside the programme.

  • My coaching is for ambitious people who feel a bit stuck, or who know they’re capable of more and need a push to reach the next level.

I’ve worked with individuals, CEOs, small business owners, athletes, and people in between work. The common thread isn’t “job title”, it’s a willingness to improve.

I’m a big believer that coaching should be time-bound. If someone becomes dependent on a coach for too long, I’d see that as a failure on my part.

The aim is to help you build structure, discipline, and standards you can rely on without me.

I want to turn you into a high performer who continues to raise the bar.

  • Coaching is not a replacement for therapy, counselling, or medical support.

This work is not suitable for people currently dealing with mental health conditions that require clinical care, such as severe depression, untreated anxiety disorders, trauma, or addiction.

My coaching focuses on structure, performance, and forward momentum.

If you’re in a place where support, diagnosis, or treatment is needed, working with a qualified mental health professional is the right first step.

Coaching can be a useful complement later on, but it shouldn’t replace proper care.

  • I fully immerse myself in your world — how you think, how you operate, where you get stuck, and where your potential is being underused.

    Your potential becomes my responsibility.

I bring energy, structure, and intention to the process. I will challenge you when needed, support you when it counts, and give everything I have to help you become a high performer.

I take this work seriously because I genuinely love watching people grow. When you commit, I commit fully.

You have so much potential, I’m just here to help you find it.

  • If coaching no longer feels right for you, or your circumstances change, you’re not locked into a long-term contract.

The aim is for this to be genuinely useful. If it isn’t, I’d rather you step away than continue for the wrong reasons.

All I ask is one week’s notice, so I can manage my time properly, and any constructive feedback you’re willing to share. That feedback helps me improve the work for others.

This coaching isn’t about trapping people financially.
It’s about doing what’s right for you and maintaining a fair, respectful arrangement on both sides.
