Founded by Oliver Summers, SPM is built on one belief: that the gap between where you are and where you could be is almost never about ability. It's about structure, standards, and the mental performance required to execute consistently (especially when motivation drops and pressure builds).
The SPM approach is practical and direct. It starts with an honest assessment of where you actually are, builds a clear roadmap for where you need to go, and then holds you accountable to the daily work of getting there. This is completely tailored to each individual or business. Nothing is generic.
SPM works with individuals through 1-1 performance coaching and the 12-Week Personal Mastery Programme — and with organisations looking to raise the standard of employee engagement, leadership, and workplace performance.

This is a structured 12-week process designed to change how you actually operate — not just how you think about things. The focus is on mindset, identity, discipline, and behaviour, but everything is applied to your real life, your routines, your decisions, and your standards.
The work is done 1-to-1 and live. Nothing is pre-recorded, nothing is passive. Each week builds on the last, with clear expectations, honest feedback, and practical tools that force behaviour to change, not just intentions.
You’ll be challenged to raise your standards, tighten your follow-through, and close the gap between what you’re capable of and how you currently show up. The aim isn’t a short-term boost — it’s to leave you operating at a higher level long after the 12 weeks end.

We work across the team, from leadership to junior staff, aligning everyone to the same expectations and way of operating. That means clearer roles, tighter accountability, better follow-through, and fewer performance gaps caused by inconsistency or unclear standards.
The work is practical and live, combining structured sessions with real-world application. This is not a training day, it’s a minumum 3 month commitment to Performance Management.

As the founder of Summers Performance Management, he specialises in helping individuals close the gap between where they are and where they are truly capable of being — through structured coaching, accountability, and a proven performance system built from real experience.
Alongside his individual coaching work, Oliver works with organisations on employee engagement and workplace performance. Drawing on his background in business and his deep understanding of what drives human performance, he helps teams and leaders build the standards, focus, and culture required to operate at a higher level. In a world where disengagement is one of the most costly and overlooked problems in business, Oliver brings a practical, no-nonsense approach to helping organisations get the best out of their people.
