    Should you find yourself needing to urgently discuss strategy or need a advisor on an ongoing issue, 30 minutes free of charge emergency strategy calls are part of coaching.

    Daily support, feedback, and real-time accountability so you stay focused, consistent, and on track.

  • This is a structured 12-week process designed to change how you actually operate — not just how you think about things. The focus is on mindset, identity, discipline, and behaviour, but everything is applied to your real life, your routines, your decisions, and your standards.

    The work is done 1-to-1 and live. Nothing is pre-recorded, nothing is passive. Each week builds on the last, with clear expectations, honest feedback, and practical tools that force behaviour to change, not just intentions.

    You’ll be challenged to raise your standards, tighten your follow-through, and close the gap between what you’re capable of and how you currently show up. The aim isn’t a short-term boost — it’s to leave you operating at a higher level long after the 12 weeks end.

    The work is practical and live, combining structured sessions with real-world application. This is not a training day, it’s a minumum 3 month commitment to Performance Management.

Oliver works with driven individuals who want to raise their standards, sharpen their thinking, and perform consistently under pressure. His coaching combines structured, goal-driven work with deep exploration of identity, belief systems, and behavioural patterns.
